What is the Wesley Foundation? ICC Wesley Foundation is a ministry, to with, by, and for college students. We seek to be a place where students, in the uniqueness of college life, can be continually nurtured in their faith or perhaps encounter Jesus for the first time. We serve the Fulton and Tupelo campuses of Itawamba Community College.
